All appointments are virtual and available to residents of Ontario.
Adult ADHD Assessments & Ongoing Care

Adult Diagnostic Assessment & Treatment Plan $399
Includes clinical assessment, diagnosis (if indicated), and a treatment plan (with medication when appropriate)

Follow-Up Appointments $79
For medication management, treatment adjustments, or ongoing symptom support

Adult with Previous ADHD Diagnosis $199
Review of existing diagnostic reports and development of a treatment plan (with medication options, when appropriate)
Youth ADHD Assessments & Treatment

Step 1: Youth ADHD Assessment $499
Comprehensive intake review and full clinical assessment by an ADHD-trained Nurse Practitioner
Includes teacher questionnaires and supporting documents -
Step 2: Diagnosis & Treatment Plan $99
Review of forms and collateral, diagnostic confirmation, and individualized treatment plan (may include medication options)

Step 3: Ongoing Follow-Up $79
Medication management, treatment adjustments, and continued support

Youth with Previous ADHD Diagnosis $199
Review of prior records, confirmation of diagnosis, and development of a treatment plan (with medication options, when appropriate)
Coverage & Payment
- Most therapy and coaching sessions are eligible for coverage under extended health plans.
- Many of our services are eligible as a medical expense for tax deduction
- ADHD assessments and follow-ups may be reimbursed depending on your insurer.
- Payment is required at the time of booking.
- All services are provided virtually.
