During your virtual assessment, your clinician will:
- Review your health and developmental history
- Discuss your current ADHD symptoms and daily challenges
- Explore contributing factors such as stress, sleep, and environment
- Complete a diagnostic evaluation for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder
- Develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication options, therapy, or coaching
- Screen for other mental health conditions and behaviours, including anxiety and depression

After Your Assessment
Following your assessment, you can continue with our team for ongoing ADHD care and medication management.
Follow-Up Appointments: $79
Short virtual check-ins for treatment adjustments, medication refills, and ongoing support.
Already Have An ADHD Diagnosis?
If you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD elsewhere but would like to begin treatment with our clinic, we offer a shorter appointment focused on medication review and treatment planning.
Previous Diagnosis Appointment - $199
This appointment includes a review of your diagnosis documentation and medical history, screening for any updates or coexisting conditions, and a personalized treatment plan that may include medication options or next steps.
To be eligible, you’ll need to upload documentation confirming your prior diagnosis before the appointment.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No referral is required. You can book directly with our Nurse Practitioners.
Can I access ADHD medication?
Yes. Our Nurse Practitioners are licensed to assess, diagnose, and prescribe ADHD medication when appropriate.
What if I’ve already been diagnosed elsewhere?
We offer a separate “Previous Diagnosis Appointment” for adults who already have an ADHD diagnosis and want to begin or continue treatment with us. During the session, we’ll review your records and build a care plan.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Official receipts are provided for all services. Coverage varies—please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether Nurse Practitioner–led assessments are eligible.
Will I receive a diagnosis at the end of the assessment?
If ADHD is indicated, your Nurse Practitioner will provide a diagnosis and treatment plan during the same appointment.
What if I’m not sure I have ADHD?
That’s okay! Our diagnostic assessment is designed to help explore and clarify your symptoms, whether or not you meet the criteria for ADHD.
Do you offer support beyond medication?
Yes! We also provide ADHD-focused therapy, coaching, and group programs designed to support your growth and wellbeing.
