ADHD Support for Adults
How The Mindful Adult ADHD Clinic Can Help
Specializing in ADHD Assessment and Treatment Services
Our team offers online specialized ADHD assessment and treatment services to adults with ADHD.
About The Mindful Adult
In 2010, shortly after her son was diagnosed with ADHD, the clinics founder, Lisa Willow, noticed there were few services for both children and adults struggling with symptoms of ADHD.
She set out to learn and research as much as possible about the condition and has since dedicated her professional life to helping others by offering therapeutic services, skill development, education, symptom management, ADHD coaching, and lifestyle management.
In June of 2022 the Vancouver, BC clinic opened to offer adult ADHD services (West Coast Adult ADHD), and 1 year later we opened The Mindful Adult ADHD Clinic in Ontario.
At The Mindful Adult ADHD Clinic, we recognize that ADHD requires in depth specialized treatment that can only be delivered by clinicians who have extensive training in evidenced based treatment protocols for ADHD.
Treatment is a collaborative process. In this way we can work together to address specific strengths and weaknesses in order to create a treatment plan that is individualized and supportive to each persons unique needs.
ADHD is often accompanied by other conditions such as anxiety and depression. These co-occurring conditions will also be addressed in a comprehensive treatment plan that will help you to overcome obstacles, reach your goals, and realize your true potential.
